What time is check-in?
Check in is at 4pm.
What time is check-out?
Check out is at 11am.
Is late check-out available?
Late check-out may be possible based on the hotel's occupancy and the reservation status of your room. To request a late check-out, please contact our front desk on the day of your scheduled departure.
Do you have parking?
Valet parking is available at SoMa House with limited capacity. Rates are $68.40 (tax included) for standard-sized vehicles and $85.50 (tax included) for oversized vehicles. Maximum height clearance in the garage is 7 feet.
Additionally, there are public parking facilities within the vicinity of the hotel as alternatives. Please ask the Front Desk for more information.
Will you store my luggage?
Luggage and personal items can be left up to 06 hours prior to check-in, or up to 06 hours after check-out.
Do you accept packages?
Packages are accepted provided they are small, weigh 15 lbs. or less and arrive within 24 hours.
What is the minimum check-in age?
The minimum age to check-in is 21.
Will your rooms allow rollaways?
Not all rooms can accommodate rollaway beds. We do not have rollaways avaiable currently.
What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?
All major credit cards are accepted for room payment. No cash, gift card or personal checks are accepted. Debit cards are discouraged as banks often treat approvals as direct debit, immobilizing your funds. Additionally, when using a debit card for any security deposit approval, banks can take up to 10 days to release your funds past your check-out date. With credit cards, approval are usually released within 48 hours of your check out.
Do you allow smoking on property?
SoMa House is a non-smoking facility.
To ensure the comfort and well-being of all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms, courtyards, and common areas. We take this policy very seriously to maintain a clean and healthy environment. A $250 penalty will be applied to any guest found violating this policy.
Do you have breakfast?
Complimentary morning pastries, whole fruits, coffee and tea are served in the lobby every morning from 7AM - 10AM.
Do you have a restaurant?
SoMa House does not have a restaurant on-site, however there are some great options for a delicious meal within a short walk.
Do you have a pool?
Our hotel features a heated rooftop pool.
Do you have accessible rooms?
Yes, the hotel has accessible rooms on property. It is recommended that they be requested at the time the reservation is made. Please contact our reservations department.
